Town of Edisto Beach<\/a>. <\/em>The case<\/em> involves an allegation that the town of\u00a0Edisto Beach, South Carolina.\u00a0violated the church\u2019s constitutional rights by barring its members from renting space in the town civic center.<\/p>\n Freedom Foundation Lawyers have filed another lawsuit<\/a> that seeks dues for defecting Oregon union members.
