This year, it will focus on First Amendment implications of government efforts to influence the content moderation practices of social media companies. Come prepared to hear discussions on Section 230, political neutrality, algorithms, and mandatory disclosures. We are currently planning for three panels to explore the following questions: Can the government dictate why types of content platforms publish? Can the government proscribe how platforms moderate content?
