The symposium focused on the First Amendment rulings written by Justice Stephen Breyer over his 28 years on the Supreme Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stephen G. Breyer served as an&nbsp;associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court&nbsp;from 1994 until his retirement in 2022.
