The First Amendment Law Review held its annual symposium on Nov. 16 in Chapel Hill, NC<\/span> at the Carolina Club. The event gathered <\/span>some of the nation’s top scholars and researchers\u2014including Geoffrey Stone our keynote speaker\u2014to <\/span>discuss the <\/span>history of laws regulating sex. The conversation rangeed in topic to include everything from <\/span>NIFLA v. Becerra <\/span><\/i>to <\/i><\/span>Masterpiece Cake Shop Ltd. v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission. <\/i>There were three panels: Sex and the Freedom of Expression, Sex and Religion, and Sex and the Internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
